O Colorado Rockies passou 30 anos sem perder 100 jogos na temporada. Agora eles fizeram isso em temporadas consecutivas. Pelo menos eles não são os White Sox.

Dois desses passes livres foram caminhadas iniciais – para Will Smith no quarto e Ohtani no quinto – e ambos deram a volta para marcar. Além disso, o apaziguador Jake Bird acertou dois rebatedores na nona corrida de quatro corridas do Dodger.
As Montanhas Rochosas perderam 103 jogos na temporada passada e as expectativas eram baixas antes desta. Embora a esperança esteja no horizonte com jovens jogadores no elenco e talentos esperando por uma chance, o aqui e agora é feio.
Apropriadamente, os super talentosos Dodgers colocaram os Rockies novamente na coluna de perdas de três dígitos. Los Angeles melhorou para 8-3 contra o Colorado nesta temporada e está 5-1 contra o Coors. O recorde de todos os tempos, LA, é 315-212 contra as Montanhas Rochosas.
