“Uma região de neblina densa afetará o nordeste de Indiana, noroeste de Ohio e sul de Michigan até as 9h. A visibilidade será de meia milha ou menos nessa neblina. Os motoristas, especialmente ao longo das interestaduais, devem estar alertas para as rápidas mudanças de visibilidade.
