O plano no boletim de voto é de um título de 37 anos que, se aprovado, reduziria os seis edifícios escolares existentes no distrito para quatro.
No centro do esquema está uma nova escola primária de US$ 50,5 milhões para a terceira à quinta série, ao lado de um novo complexo de atletismo de US$ 29,5 milhões, incluindo uma instalação coberta com campo de grama sintética, quadras de basquete e campo de beisebol, US$ 5,3 milhões para vestiários e salas de musculação. na escola, US$ 3 milhões para uma garagem de ônibus e US$ 1,7 milhão para reformas no Heritage.
Estima-se que, se a questão for aprovada com sucesso, acrescentar-se-ia US$ 11,60 por mês para cada US$ 100.000 do valor da casa à conta fiscal do morador.

O plano foi desenvolvido tendo em conta as mudanças no número de estudantes ao longo da última década e prevendo a procura de vagas escolares na próxima década.
Hodge disse que é importante agir agora, pois os custos dos materiais de construção têm aumentado rapidamente. “Os materiais aumentaram 40% nos últimos quatro anos. Ele observou que Avon Lake tem uma taxa proposta de US$ 170 milhões na votação do próximo mês e recentemente Nort Ridgeville aprovou uma taxa de US$ 143 milhões, e North Olmsted uma taxa de US$ 53 milhões.
