Querida Chatty: Parece que ela está sozinha, ou talvez ela veja você como uma boa pessoa para desabafar. Seja qual for o motivo, aprenda a assumir o controle da conversa. Ligue para ela com um tópico de conversa já em mente e diga: “Eu realmente queria falar com você sobre X”. Veja no que dá. Se ela desviar para a mesma velha conversa fiada autoindulgente, você pode ter que ser mais assertivo — ou menos disponível.
